We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, all reservations must be canceled with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice prior to the pickup time for Sedans and SUVs only. Vans, Limos, Buses On all out of town pickups at least 2hours plus travel time notice must be given. All other cancellations require 72 hours’ notice. All late cancellations are subject to full trip charges including base rate, hourly minimum charges according to vehicle type, travel time, a service fee of 20%, full round trip tolls, parking charges at airport pickups and/or state and local government charges. Taxes may apply.
